## A：建立商品時除了【品號】建議第一碼要區分類別外，【計算庫存數量與成本】也千萬不能打勾喔！

【品號】應有自已公司的編碼規則

例如：有庫存進貨來的商品為 A開頭，組合品為B開頭，服務性商品為Z開頭

故所有Z開頭的其【商品資料】的【計算庫存數量與成本】欄位都是不打勾的，且第一碼分類規則編好後，未來搜尋商品會比較方便

## 操作說明

## 一、【商品資料】建立方式：

開啟【商品資料】按【新增】後

注意【品號】以自定義規則去設定

【品名】及【單位】不可空白，【零售價】可輸入標準計價金額，若每次服務性商品金額不一致，也可以為0，後續在【銷貨單】中，自行輸入本次服務性商品金額即可。

【計算庫存數量與成本】預設是勾著的，要把綠色勾勾按一下拿掉 ==>打過單就不能再變更囉！除非要把單據刪掉，所以一定要設定對，才不會後面花很多時間刪單、調整。

## 二、【銷貨單】可記錄服務性商品的收入

若賣服務性收入時，也有一些實體商品出庫賣給客戶，可以打在同一張銷貨單喔！

收入會納入【收支結餘表】的"銷貨收入"合計中
