# 03.003如何新增其他收入？

## A 公司經營項目以外的收入，就要建立「其他收入」來立帳

> 當公司有營業外收入時，需要在系統的「其他收入」來立帳，從「其他收入」來確認您的其他營業收入名稱，存檔後即會產生一筆其他收入，操作步驟如下：

一、開啟「其他收入」後按【新增】

二、輸入其他收入的日期及收款方式

1、點選日期欄位，開窗帶出正確的收入日期。

2、選擇您實際收款方式，目前只有【現金】、【信用卡】、【轉帳】、【月結/未收款】這四種收款方式，若有其他收款方式，可以在收款單沖帳時，用其他項目沖帳即可唷。

3、選擇您的收支原因是什麼，收支原因可以直接新增符合公司現況的「收支原因項目」喔！

建立完成後【儲存】資料，即完成其他收入立帳囉！
