# 07.001為何在「經營儀表板」上【應收帳款總金額】和【已收帳款總金額】數字和「應收帳款統計表」的不相同？

## A 「應收帳款統計表」預設帶出還未收款的資料，而「經營儀錶版」中的「2017應收帳款總金額」和「2017已收帳款總金額」是帶今年度加總的總金額，故查看時會看起來不一致，只要將「應收帳款統計表」在【其他條件】中的【期末應收為0者不顯示打勾】欄勾消，就會一致囉！

舉例說明如下： 一、經營儀錶版畫面中「2017應收帳款總金額」為$28,539元，「2017已收帳款總金額」為$10,080元

二、查看「管理報表-應收帳款統計表」合計金額中，【應收金額】確為：$18,459元及【已收金額】為$0元，與「經營儀錶板」資訊不一致？！？！

三、請點開「應收帳款統計表」在【其他條件】中的【期末應收為0者不顯示打勾】要勾銷才會一致喔！

> 因為系統為了方便用戶檢視未收款，故預設【期末應收為0者不顯示打勾】是勾著的，故已沖帳的資訊預設會不顯示

因此只要在【期末應收為0者不顯示打勾】欄再點選一下，就會勾消，讓查詢條件變成帶出全部應收資料，包含已沖帳的就可被查出

四、重新被查詢出含已沖帳資料的「應收帳款統計表」，其合計的【應收金額】欄和【已收金額】欄，就會與「經營儀錶板」上的「2017應收帳款總金額」和「2017已收帳款總金額」一致囉！
