# 12.003如何設定使用者權限？

## A 至「公用設定-使用者與權限」點選「![](/files/-LIKjjN1DNHjOYu_tIhX)」來編輯使用者操作權限，詳細步驟說明如下：

一、至「公用設定-使用者與權限」

二、

1.點選【查詢】篩選使用者資料

2.點選【![](/files/-LIKjjN5zcsVNJRjn0Bd)】來進入編輯使用者權限

三、使用者權限內容說明如下：

1.【可執行】：勾選表示可以進入使用該作業，若不提供使用權限則可取消勾選

2.【限查詢】：勾選表示"只能查詢資料，不能異動"，預設未勾選

> 若【限查詢】有勾選，但【可執行】沒有打勾，因使用者不能使用該作業，所以【限查詢】有打勾的設定，就沒有意義囉！

3.【作業明細】：查看此項權限下的作業明細

> 將游標移至【![](/files/-LIKjjN9ZZ3MPp6-YYhw)】即可查看到相關作業明細
