# 50.012 蝦皮寄件單不好刷

寄件單的格式會因在不同印表機列印，或印表機的設定，造成印出來刷不過或不好刷的問題，若您有遇到，請在上班時間線上留言反應，需要和您確認列印的一些狀況

列印設定如下圖 基本上若711發生刷不過的狀況，芯樺會 建議使用「已排序」設定印印看， ，而一般7-11以外的其他3家超商及蝦皮店到店一般會用排序「無」列印

如非711請設定為【無】(無排序)

3、漢印N41，在列印喜好設定的【半色調】可選擇擴散列印後試刷看看

仍然不行請準備下列資訊後線上留言反應

1、麻煩先傳清楚印出的寄件單照片

2、使用的是原列印還是新列印，請用新列印為主(未來原列印會刪除)

3、印表機型號 及A1系統中列印時選擇的格式：

4、印表機是否有縮放列印？請以100%列印再試試，試過否請回YES：

5、那一條刷不過，若怕沒留意到狀況，也可提供刷不過的錄影檔案：&#x20;

6、試其他家便利店也有同樣情況嗎？也有請回YES ：

7、以前會嗎？還是只是最近才這樣？：

&#x20;8、請您將PDF存檔下來後，再列印出來刷刷看，以判斷是不是瀏覽器預覽列印影響了，存下PDF檔後仍相同，請回YES，並也提供PDF檔印出後的照片

上述請您進行測試，也可以提供錄影店員刷不過情況，請在較有空的時間在鼎新上班時間線上留言提供這些資訊，傳送的寄件單照片需清晰(才可看到條碼列印情況)、還要提供印表機設定畫面，以方便幫您快速反應狀況， 謝謝
