# 01.04 運送中訂單

## 步驟說明

貨品已拿到超商或貨運公司後，蝦皮賣場的狀態會變為【運送中】，此時會看到在系統的【運送中訂單】區

1、若沒有看到運送中的訂單，請點選【訂單下載】

等待資訊下載

2、下載成功後按【確認】

### 運送中訂單轉銷貨單扣庫

建議從【待出貨訂單】就轉銷貨扣庫，但若來不及忘了做到，則在【運送中訂單】作業時還有機會可以轉到【銷貨單】

4、勾選單據後按【轉銷貨單】，若曾在【待出貨訂單】作業時有轉過銷貨單，則會整行變灰色的，並且不允許再次轉至銷貨單，避免重覆入帳的情況發生

5、確認要拋轉銷貨單的日期後，按【確認】

轉銷貨單完成會出現下列畫面

【銷貨單】瀏覽畫面中【備註】欄會有電商的資訊

【銷貨單】的詳細內容中【聯絡人】可看到賣家資訊，單頭【備註】欄及單身最右方【電商平台】【商店名稱】【交易序號】【訂單單號】都有蝦皮訂單的資料帶出

## 轉銷貨單時常見狀況說明

1、商品在【商品編號對應】作業不存在時…

直接對應後就會儲存到到[【商品編號對應】](https://digiwin.gitbooks.io/a1ordermanual/content/03_蝦皮拍賣/02_商品編號對應.html)作業，下次就不需要再對應囉！

2、當系統中的庫存不足時…

會出現"以下庫存量不足！"提示訊息，並提供【補貨建議表】，可列印出來方便和廠商叫貨
