# 02.06 已出貨訂單

### 一、出貨單列印

1、可先按【已出貨訂單下載】確認資料最新狀況後

2、勾選要列印的訂單

3、按【出貨單列印】

### 二、【已出貨訂單】補轉【銷貨單】

在【待出貨訂單】漏轉至【銷貨單】，在訂單完成前還可以在【已出貨訂單】將訂單轉至【銷貨單】

1、【已出貨訂單下載】：可先執行下載更新資料，會下載已寄送至物流但尚未完成的訂單(若一進來時已執行過，則可略過此步驟)

2、勾選要轉【銷貨單】的單據

3、按【轉銷貨單】即可將訂單產生至銷貨單，若發現電商品號沒有對應公司品號，會自動帶出對應畫面，只要對應過一次，下次就不會出現，可直接產生銷貨單囉！
