# 1.3 小數設定

「小數設定」作業設定時，請注意最多到小數4位，【儲存】後不可由大變小，如由4位變2位，可由小增大，如由2變3，請務必以保守方向設定，並謹慎考慮後再儲存。

### 小數設定欄位說明

1、【數量小數取位】在設定單據中【數量】欄的小數位數要四捨五入到小數幾位數的設定

> 如肉品秤重買賣，進貨5.688公斤，設定數量小數2位，則數量欄會變5.69公斤；銷貨1.244公斤，則變為1.24公斤

2、【單價小數取位】設定單據中【單價】欄的小數位數要到幾位

> 舉例進貨單價每公斤62.536元，設定單價小數2位，則單價欄會變62.54元；銷貨每公斤80.364元，則變為每公斤單價80.36元

3、【金額小數取位】在台灣使用台幣都會是0位，應該大部份都不用設有小數，台幣的金額無角分，所以都是0位；為避免誤解意思而設定錯誤，故現階段系統不直接開放使用者自訂，都預設為0位，若您的主要幣別為國外幣別，總金額需要有小數，可在系統右上角【我要發問】請客服協助開放至您所需要的位數喔！(但同樣建議先保守設定)

        在使用者權限的管制不應讓所有使用者都可進入「小數設定」作業，應只保留給管理者進入即可，如此可讓系統使用更安全\~\~
