### 商品分類欄位說明

1.【分類名稱】將商品類別名稱輸入此欄

> 此處只是建商品的類別，而非商品資料喔！若商品無分類的習慣也可不建立，分類的好處是某些建立作業有提供商品分類查詢條件，方便快速索引商品，也有報表有提供分類的查詢條件，例如庫存彙總表可查詢某一分類的庫存數量和成本情況

2、【顯示順序】可自訂商品分類的排序順序，會預設用最後號碼10號10號跳碼，例如帶出70號，但這些分類想放在第1筆和第2筆之間，則可將號碼70改為11號就可以囉！

3、設定完成請【儲存】資料

剛開始使用系統【商品分類】作業若沒有建立，當建立「商品資料」時，在【商品分類】欄位旁的 + ，點開後也可以直接建立喔！

甚至日後建立單據時，也可以直接新增未建立到的商品，在此處新增商品時，其【商品分類】欄，也有提供直接建立資料的功能

如要改變商品分類的排列順序，仍要回到【公用設定-商品分類】中去修改調整
