# 2.基本資料

房子的鋼筋就像基本資料，基本資料含有客戶資料、廠商資料及商品資料的三大資料，進銷存模組的單據脫離不了這三項！

在客戶、廠商、商品的項目一樣都提供在打單時，發現沒有建立就可以直接新增簡單資料，詳細資料待之後有時間再回原資料處補齊，所以也可以邊打單邊建立相關資料。

要提醒您客戶、廠商和商品資料有些不能改的欄位，需確認清楚再建立，以客戶和廠商來說，就是編碼的部份，而商品的話除了編碼外，還有庫存的基本單位及計算庫存數量與成本，請開始使用系統前，就要先討論確認好，才進行打單喔。
