# 3.7 銀行存款開帳

例如4/1要開始使用系統，那麼在3/31您公司的各帳戶的餘額有多少？就要建立在【銀行存款調整】單中，如此才可讓帳上的餘額正確

若無現金餘額，則可以不用操作此作業

## 銀行存款餘額開帳欄位說明

1、開啟作業

2、請按新增，將銀行餘額開帳

3、選擇銀行帳號，若之前沒有在[銀行帳號](https://digiwin.gitbooks.io/a1usermanual/content/01_共用設定/10_銀行帳號.html)建立作業先建立的話，也可以按【 + 】鈕直接新增帳戶資料

4、原因選擇內鍵的開帳

5、開帳日期要訂定開始使用系統的前一天較佳，並且與其他開帳作業一致

6、金額輸入該帳戶的銀行餘額

7、建立完成後記得要儲存資料喲\~！
