# 11.10關貿小平台通知信維護

## 一 、維護不要收到的信件類型

1、登入平台後開啟【買受人維護作業】，點選【帳號維護】

2、依需求取消不想收到的通知，建議可勾消【訂閱通知】的【每日報表】、【發票】、【折讓】，而【API錯誤訊息】的通知若有異常時收到通知會比較好，這個不建議取消喔！

## 一 、維護不要收到的信件類型

## 二 、新增收件人

登入平台後開啟【買受人維護作業】，一樣點選【帳號維護】，但不要按修改，就直接輸入下列欄位

新增後就不能刪除喔，若不用再使用請將狀態設為"註銷"

1、【使用者姓名】輸入要收到文件的使用者姓名

2、【帳號】輸入收件者登入的帳號

3、【密碼】輸入密碼

4、【確認密碼】要與密碼一致

5、【E-mail】要接收通知的信箱，這邊要輸入正確的信箱喔！不然仍收不到信

6、【狀態】要由"待認證"改為"啟用"

7、【通知設定】若有不要收到的通知信類型可勾消

8、按【確定】儲存設定

9、出現訊息再按【確定】

10、再按【確定】

11、出現在左邊列就表示設定成功囉！

帳號建立後就不能刪除，只能註銷，請先在該帳號按【修改】，再將狀態設為"註銷"後按【確定】存檔

左邊變為"註銷"就設定成功囉！
