公司內部先討論每一種欄位的價格，主要是適用什麼通路的，在內部做定義，例如  零售價是對外標價，用於一般客戶，特惠價是一般客戶的特價，訂價一是  批發價，訂價二是  熟客價，訂價三是  VIP價，訂價四是 員購價
