# 13.4 物流平台前置設定

## 黑貓系統設定

當您的物流商種類為【黑貓宅急便】時，系統會以CSV檔案轉出託運格式，使用字碼為UTF-8，請依照以下步驟調整黑貓系統(ezcat)的設定，匯入到黑貓系統時才不會出現亂碼。

設定步驟：1.基本設定=>2.設定託運單預設值=>3.訂單匯入設定=>匯入訂單檔案字碼，選擇「UTF-8」=> 4.按【確定】存檔
