# 13.6 物流平台前置設定

目前其他物流平台沒有什麼特殊的限制，但若您的物流商為【黑貓宅急便】，匯入託運資料前請先於黑貓系統(ezcat)調整相關設定，以確保匯入的資料正確呈現。

若您託運的物流商為【黑貓宅急便】，系統會以CSV檔案轉出託運格式，且字碼為UTF-8，第一次匯入前，請登入黑貓系統(ezcat)依照以下步驟調整平台設定，匯入後才不會呈現亂碼喔！
