# 13.6 物流平台前置設定

若您託運的物流商為【黑貓宅急便】，系統會以CSV檔案轉出託運格式，且字碼為UTF-8，第一次匯入前，請登入黑貓系統(ezcat)依照以下步驟調整平台設定，匯入後才不會呈現亂碼喔！

1.基本設定--〉2.設定託運單預設值--〉3.訂單匯入設定--〉匯入訂單檔案字碼，選擇“UTF-8” --〉4.按\[確定]存檔
