# 5.11 進銷存關帳

開啟【進銷存】選單下【進銷存關帳】作業

例如5月的帳已抵定，單據都補完，也做完成本計價，要進行關帳：

1、【目前計價年月】：需計算至5月，唯讀不可修改，由[【成本計價】](https://digiwin.gitbooks.io/a1usermanual/content/30_進銷存/09_成本計價.html)作業回寫

2、【目前關帳年月】：唯讀，為上一次的關帳年月，若沒有關過帳，則會空白

3、【調整關帳年月為】：例如要關5月的帳，則輸入"2018/5"

4、【確定】：按【確定】後會將【調整關帳年月為】寫入【目前關帳年月】

已關帳的月份，該關帳月及之前月份資料都不能新增、修改或刪除，只提供查詢、列印、轉出等不會異動資料的功能
