# 8.3 信用卡入帳

1、找到此作業後，請按【新增】，選擇【收單銀行】

> 收單銀行指的是提供刷卡機的銀行，若事前無先在【共用設定-收單銀行】中先建立，發現沒有可直接按 + 新增該家銀行

2、【日期】：刷卡機銀行實際將金額匯入的日期

3、【轉入帳號】：匯入公司的那個戶頭帳號

4、【請選擇】：勾選屬於此次匯入款項的對應內容

> 會將勾選的資料計算至單尾的【收單金額】，現在也有許多刷卡機銀行，為了帳務清除好對帳，是將客戶刷卡卡費一筆一筆單獨匯入，您可視情況看要怎麼沖帳比較方便

5、【收單金額】：上面勾選項目的金額加總，唯讀欄，不可變更

6、【手續費】：會依照在【收單銀行】作業所設定的比率，自動計算帶入，可修改

7、【入帳金額】：自動計算【收單金額】-【手續費】而得，唯讀，不可變更

> 若您的金額與此計算後不相符，請檢查是否來源單據有建立錯誤，或是手續費率有誤差，也可直接更改【手續費】金額

8、輸入完成後儲存資料
