#### 有分二種，一種是【轉出查詢資料】，另一種是【轉出報表格式】

## 三、詳細操作說明

1、快查區：預設【本月】，下拉後有【今日】、【昨日】、【本周】、【上周】、【上月】的選項可以使用喔！選擇後日期區間會自動帶入查詢條件

2、起始日期：要查看資料的開始日期

截止日期：報表資料的截止日

> 【起始日期】和【截止日期】的查詢條件，目前限制不可一次查詢超過12個月以上的資料量，雲端環境下避免使用速度受到影響，敬請見諒

3、指定查詢客戶：若僅想查詢某家客戶的銷退貨資料，請開窗選取設定好要查看的客戶

4、指定查詢業務：依【業務】查詢其銷售的資料

5、指定商品分類：查詢某一類別的商品

6、指定查詢商品：只想查看某一商品有多少客戶買，請開窗選取設定好要查看的商品

7、單據類別：預設【全部】，下拉後有【銷貨】及【銷退】，如只想看銷貨資料，請選擇【銷貨】

8、查詢：點選後會依條件篩選出要查看的資訊

9、列印：會將報表產生為PDF檔，可列印或下載儲存在自已電腦

10、轉出：將查詢後的資料轉出excel留存或再做其他編輯分析使用
