### 1、轉出樣式

#### 有分二種，一種是【轉出查詢資料】，另一種是【轉出報表格式】

## 三、詳細操作說明

1、商品分類：可指定查詢某分類的商品。預設空白，表示查詢所有分類

2、開始品號\~截止品號：想要指定查詢某些特定商品時使用。預設空白，表示查詢全部的商品

3、其他條件：【庫存為0者不顯示】預設是不打勾，即庫存為0預設是不顯示帶出的，若要看到全商品情況，含有庫存為0的商品，請按【其他條件】後將【庫存為0者不顯示打勾】，即可看到庫存為0的商品資料

4、查詢：點選後會依條件篩選出要查看的資訊

5、報表內容倉庫區：在您的「共用資料-倉庫資料」中有多少倉庫，這邊都會依序橫向列示，最後會有數量合計和成本合計，是不是很方便查看呢！

6、轉出：將查詢後的資料轉出excel留存或再做其他編輯分析使用

會將報表轉出為Excel檔資料，如下：
