# 9.1.15 商品追蹤表

## 一、查詢畫面

> 主要是運用【明細備註】的欄位，來做特徵搜尋資料

#### 用於搜尋特殊內容的應用

舉例來說對於進貨的商品註記"序號內容"，在商品上貼有序號標，進貨及銷貨時在單身【備註】欄都會標示"序號內容"，若商品有問題或客戶要維修服務，需要追蹤時，也可利用【備註】欄來查詢"序號內容"，快速追蹤相關單據

1、進貨時在【進貨單】的單身【備註】欄位，輸入商品的序號號碼

2、平時銷貨時【銷貨單】的單身【備註】欄位，記得也要輸入銷售的序號號碼

3、甚至庫存有發生盤盈損等事誼，也關於此序號的商品，在【調整單】建立時，也要在單身的【備註】標注相同的序號內容，以利追蹤存貨減損或盤盈的狀況

以這樣的方式，將"序號內容"的特徵輸入於發生的相關單據，之後要追蹤的時候，再利用【商品追蹤表】在【明細備註】的查詢欄位，輸入好"序號內容"後，按【查詢】，即可查詢到相關資料
