開啟【行程安排】作業

點選【新增】建立新行程

## 欄位說明：

1、【業務】：選擇業務人員，此欄為【員工資料】內容

2、【安排日期】：行程日期

3、【主題】：在資料瀏覽頁可看到主題，建立較易辨識內容的主題

4、【時間】：xx:xx 需建立此格式，時(幾點)2位，中間冒號間隔，分(幾分)2位

5、【性質】：選擇【潛客】或【正式客戶】

6、【客戶】：會依前面【性質】欄所選內容，開啟潛客資料或正式客戶資料

&#x20;       下列【客戶簡稱】、【連絡人】、【聯絡人職稱】 、【分機】、【手機】會自動帶入，&#x20;

&#x20;        若欄位無資料可直接建立，但還是建議可回到原始客戶資料處維護正確，下次才可帶出

&#x20;        完整資料

7、【安排項目】：依接洽方式選擇【電話拜訪、到府拜訪、寄e-mail、會議、報價】

8、【內容】：概要拜訪目的內容

9、【備註】：補充註明的事誼
