# 15.01 商品資料

開啟商品資料

**方式一、逐筆勾選編輯需做管理的商品**

1、新增或修改商品

2、對要做批號的商品，需勾選【批號管理】欄，設定為要做批號管理

若導入批號管理前就已有建過單據的商品，需注意期初批號庫存的數量是否正確，若不正確可執行批號數量導入，操作方式請參考[【商品批號期中導入精靈】](https://docs.a1erp.digiwin.com/a1usermanual/15.-pi-hao-guan-li/15.11-shang-pin-pi-hao-qi-zhong-dao-ru-jing-ling)章節

當單據遇到有做批號管理的商品時，會強制一定要輸入【批號管理】欄位的資料，沒有輸入就不允許存檔，以避免人為漏輸入，造成批號庫存異常情況

3、輸入商品的【有效天數】

4、這樣在建立批號資料時輸入了【製造日期】，就會幫您依商品設定的【有效天數】，計算出這個批號的【有效日期】囉

**方式二、用excel匯入商品資料的功能設定**

**一、情形1：新商品匯入**

1、在商品資料點選【匯入】功能

2、下載商品的標準匯入用EXCEL格式

3、若要做批號管理的商品，在ecxel的 R欄【批號管理】輸入 " 1"，有做批號管理，才需在 S欄輸入有效天數

(1)批號管理：0.不啟用、1.啟用. 若商品進出需記錄批號,此欄請填1

(2)有效天數：1.若該品號的批號管理=1,此欄才需輸入 2.正整數

4、【選擇檔案】選入編輯的檔案，再按【上傳檔案】匯入商品即可

**二、情形2：之前商品要覆蓋為需做批號管理**

之前您在期初導入的商品excel標準格式檔，可能已和新版的不同，所以要先將舊資料貼到新的格式中

接著記得維護excel的R欄【批號管理】及S欄輸入有效天數

再匯入時要 勾選 【覆蓋已存在的資料】，覆蓋原來商品即可，要注意因非新品，庫存情況是否需做[【商品批號期中導入精靈】](https://docs.a1erp.digiwin.com/a1usermanual/15.-pi-hao-guan-li/15.11-shang-pin-pi-hao-qi-zhong-dao-ru-jing-ling)喔
