## 操作說明：

1、【洽談日期】：洽談當天的日期

2、【性質】：選擇【潛客】或【正式客戶】

3、【客戶】：【性質】若選【潛客】則開窗內容是【潛客資料】，相對若【性質】為【正式客戶】則為【客戶資料】的內容

4、【洽談人員】：下拉選擇員工姓名，資料來源為【公用設定-員工資料】，若有租用【雲端進銷存模組】則會是共通的作業

5、【洽談狀態】：預設【初步接洽】，可變更為【需求確認、建議報價、成交、失敗】等請依洽談情況選擇狀態

6、【洽談主題】：接洽的主題目的

7、【洽談內容】：洽談的詳細情況

8、【報價金額】：記錄議價的金額

9、【成交金額】：確認成交的金額

10、【結案日期】：經營成功後註記結案的日期

11 、【附件連結+】：若提供給客戶的相關文件有放在雲端硬碟，可標註在此欄位，點選檔名時就可開啟連結讓其他人員即時查找檔案
