# 3、任務里程

1、要計算里程數，請開啟【任務里程】

2、點選【開啟】

3、到達地點後點選【終點】

出現是否結束行程的提醒，按【確認】

4、就會計算您的目的地里程數，若實際里程想調整，可依情況按【里程俢訂】調整內容

調整完里程內容後再按【儲存】

5、可直接進行【費用結算】

確認無誤後再點選【結算】即可

結算完成按【確認】

或者日後由【歷程/報銷】開啟

找到該筆點選【費用結算】也可結算，

同樣若還要修改里程，也可從這邊按【里程修訂】調整內容喲！

另外也可以由此補行程，按【補登】

即可直接補登行程

之後若要快速清除已結算的資料，讓畫面剩下未結算，可使用【報銷】

按確認後就會刪除已結算的資料喲

6、已結算的資訊會在主管帳號的【油資審核】作業中【待審核】，這樣就可以節省很多時間呈報囉！
