# 09.001庫存要如何導入系統開帳？

## A 建立「調整單」，輸入商品庫存數量與成本來將庫存資料導入於系統中

> 需先盤點所有商品的庫存數量及成本，再於「調整單」中，以【調數量與成本】的調整方式來將庫存數量、成本填入，操作步驟如下：

一、開啟「調整單」後按【新增】

二、輸入開帳資料

1.日期：避免帳務混亂，建議商品開帳日一致

> 例如：統一至8/31開帳，9/1後產生進銷貨異動皆建立進銷存單據

2.調整類別：選擇【調數量與成本】

3.輸入商品及開帳庫存數量成本

> 品號：可使用「...」來選擇多項開帳商品資料
>
> 單位：調整單位以商品預設庫存單位為主，不可修改
>
> 倉庫：若開帳商品存放於不同倉庫，可點選「...」更換倉庫
>
> 數量：輸入盤點後的開帳數量
>
> 單位成本：建議可輸入商品上次進貨單價
>
> 成本：數量\*單位成本。也可直接輸入商品總成本，系統為自動回算【單位成本】
