# 5.9 商品批號維護

點選左邊選單【進銷存】開啟【商品批號維護】作業

若下拉【進銷存】選單後，沒有看到這個作業，請先檢查【公用設定-基本設定】作業，是否【批號管理】欄位沒有打勾，先打勾按【儲存】後，要重新登入系統

欄位說明：

1、【品號】：開窗選取要設定批號的商品

2、【有效天數】：唯讀，來自【商品資料】中的【有效天數】，若發現資料不正確，請回到【商品資料】作業中維護

3、【批號】：輸入批號號碼

4、【製造日期】：開窗選擇此批商品的製造日期

5、【有效日期】：系統會依製造日期，計算有效天數後，帶出有效日期，可自行調整

6、【停用】：若批號已失效不用時，可勾選停用，如此相關單據批號開窗時就不會出現

7、【儲存】：設定完成記得將資料存檔

儲存後就完成【商品批號維護】作業批號資料的建立囉！<br>
